Accomplish it all with this dynamic and fun workout. Three minutes on the bike, followed by one minute of muscle work out of the saddle. Be sure to bring water and a towel. .

Platinum Option - 20 Sessions for £800 plus 5 complimentary sessions (choose from PT or sports massage) Gold Option - 10 Sessions for £400 plus 2 complimentary session (choose from PT or sports massage) Silver Option - 5 sessions for £175
